Thank you to a dear friend of mine Val, who has the gift of dream interpretation, gave me this helpful interpretation:  

The dream is a call to intercede, declare, and take authority over the situation with Obama. God is telling you ahead of time Obama will not give in easily for Trump to come back into control, He will do everything he can to thwart him. The good news is that you and the church have the authority to pull him out of the way so Trump can step into his office unimpeded. 

The mother is the church and you are represented as someone in His church. Remember Jesus said who is my mother? It was the church. You are in the passengers seat because when Trump drives this nation as President we will all be passengers that go with him since all his actions will effect us all. If you sat along side him it also represents that you are with him in his endeavors. Obama is sitting on your lap because God has put this “assignment” in  your lap. The assignment of stopping Obama from disrupting Trump. As you send this out to many they also can pick up this assignment since you represent the church. as a mother.
